  1. COPAN was written by me, E.Kasey Kasemodel.

  3. At one time, this program was sold commerically.  To make a
  4. long story short, it is no longer.

  6. Rather than have it collect dust on my hard drive, I am releasing
  7. it to the public as shareware  - NOT public domain.  The registration
  8. fee for the program is $0.00.

  10. If you would like to obtain a current printed manual, the price is
  11. $15.

  13. This product is no longer supported from a development perspective.
  14. In other words, if you find a bug, tough.  However, if you need some
  15. assistance with composite materials design or understanding COPAN
  16. output, I am willing to help on an hourly basis.  If you want something
  17. added to COPAN - I may be willing to do this on a contract basis.

  20. public/private BBS or a disk vendor.  In either case, I have received
  21. no portion of the amount you may have paid.  You may use this program
  22. for any purpose without payment to me.  The only time I will expect
